Now you can select your policy, select your list and upload your participants to the system within seconds. Once your upload is complete, the Enrollment System automatically detects any errors or duplicates that may have been in your list and notifies you immediately. This feature allows you to make sure everyone is properly insured and that you are not billed twice for the same participant.
Do you have to cancel an insured participant or change their travel dates? Within the Enrollment System you can edit or cancel your participant's travel information and receive confirmation immediately. Our real-time system ensures that all changes are
available to the insurance company as soon as you make them. Furthermore, reports and statistics are available to give you a complete, up-to-date overview of all policies.
In the MyAccount Section you can view or download your current policies and agreements. Here you can also find contact information for your account manager and all important documents for your participants.
With our secure online billing management system you can view your monthly invoices as well as the policies paid under that invoice. Our real-time billing system will also update you of payment status as soon as payments are made.
Our ePay payment option allows clients with a smaller number of participants to pay for their participants' premiums online via credit card. All credit card transactions are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption - the same level of encryption used by reputable e-commerce companies and online banks.
