The Patriot Exchange Program plan provides coverage for participants of cultural exchange programs, including high school
Covers high school sports (interscholastic & club sports) if the add-on rider is purchased
Choice of medical maximum / $100 deductible
The Patriot Exchange Program plan provides coverage for full-time students on a long-term exchange
Covers interscholastic and club and intramural sports up to $5,000 per injury
Pre-existing condition coverage after a 12 month waiting period
